Building healthy & happy relationships that last is possible when you work with someone who gets it.

Meet Maggie.

The Relationship Counselor focused on creating healthy relationships from the start.

Welcome to my corner of therapy, where I break free from stereotypes and embrace the beautiful messiness of humanity. I don't believe in fitting into boxes or conforming to outdated norms. Instead, I see each person as a unique tapestry of strengths and nuances, and I'm here to help you weave your own path to happiness and fulfillment.

In our sessions, authenticity is key. I'm all about staying true to my core values and beliefs, and I'll empower you to do the same. There's no judgment here; just a safe space where you can explore your inner resources and strengths to build healthy, fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.

I'm not a fan of labeling or trying to "fix" people. Life isn't about fitting into a mold or meeting societal expectations. It's about living authentically and making choices that align with your values. Whether you're single or partnered, childfree or a parent-to-be, I'm here to support you in making decisions that feel right for you.

Now that you know me as a relationship counselor I believe it’s important to share a few details about me—the human. The person sitting with you each week advocating for your success in all your relationships.

Yes, therapy is about YOU and your relationships—not about me. But, I think it’s unnecessary and often a barrier to therapy when you feel like you’re talking to a stranger. You won’t get to know me as well I will get to know you; but here are a few details for you to get to know me a bit before we begin working together.

I’m a Childfree Dog Mom.

Meet Miranda Wiggles, Trixie Mae, and Chloe Bear. My rescued furbabies are beyond spoiled. They are known to ask to sit on my lap during sessions so I am sure you’ll meet each of them.

Beyond these three, I am known for pulling off the freeway, hiking into the woods, or sitting on the concrete of a parking lot for ages to save a lost or stray dog.

I don’t own a Television.

Okay, but hear me out. I swear I watched ALL the TV during the pandemic and I just couldn’t do it anymore. So I ditched the TV and started reading for fun again after too many years of reading for professional and personal development.

I read an average of 4 books a month (audio & e-book) of various genres. Thrillers & historical fiction are my current favorites.

I’m a Swiftie.

I’ve always had a love of pop music and lyrics that speak to me. So it is no wonder I joined the world of Taylor Swift after the release of 1989. I have been fortunate enough to see the Eras Tour twice (without paying resale prices!)—Las Vegas in 2023 & Lisbon, Portugal in 2024.

Not-so-secretly, I do think she would benefit from learning foundational healthy relationship skills before trouble walks in. But maybe I am a bit biased on that.

As we work together, I am happy to answer any question you may have that will benefit you in your journey to creating healthy and happy relationships that last. Successful therapy is built on something called “rapport”—how well we vibe together.

So, schedule a consult, and let’s talk about all the ways I can use my education, expertise, and personal experiences to help you have the best relationships that stand the test of time.
