Here’s exactly what to expect when you self-schedule an appointment:

  1. Choose Your Time: You’ll schedule a time using the link below. You’ll get a confirmation email from my calendar system and a personal email from me confirming the appointment within 1 business day (M-F: 7am-11am Eastern Time)
  2. Intake Paperwork: Once you're scheduled appointment is confirmed, I’ll send you a few intake forms to complete before we begin. 
  3. Payment Setup: You'll be ask to upload your preferred payment method at the same time you're completing your paperwork. The fee will not be charged until the day of your session; however, all clients are required to keep a card on file. Please note: Groups offer monthly or pay-in-full options and book clubs are paid in full up front.

  1. Response Time: You'll receive a personal email from me answering your questions within 1 business day (M-F: 7am-11am Eastern Time)
  2. Scheduling an appointment or Consult call: We will schedule your first appointment or a consult (when needed) via email and paperwork and payment requirements will outlined at that time. 
  3. Confidentiality: Please be aware that emailing me through the form on my website is not HIPAA compliant. Do not include any confidential or sensitive information via email.
